FEBRUARY 6, 7, & 8: CHEF CHRISTIAN BONFANTI
Guest Chef Christian Bonfanti grew up in Milan, Italy and presently oversees 12 restaurants in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Christian career began in Italy with the renowned Milanese restaurant BICE working in their varied global locations. He went on to become Chef of the iconic Rainbow Room by Cipriani at Rockefeller Center in New York, and later served as Executive Chef of the Café Med group in Miami — before landing in Buenos Aires, where he now oversees La Bistecca, La Parolaccia, and 10 other restaurants.
Christian brings to Punta Mita a menu inspired by his career focused on Mediterranean and Italian cuisine featuring fresh produce–impeccably prepared.
