Specially selected Guest Chefs from around the globe will visit our community to delight our residents and guests with singular dining experiences that create authentic connections to Punta Mita, as each chef is committed to source, present, and showcase locally produced, sustainable, seasonal ingredients. Here’s who’s visiting this February:


Originally from Venezuela, Chef Maycoll Calderón began his culinary career at age 18, which has included working in 9 countries and alongside several of the most globally-revered Chefs including Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

Currently Maycoll is chef and owner of Huset “Cocina de Campo”, considered among the most acclaimed restaurants in Mexico City, and the winner of the ‘Best Restaurant Opening in Mexico” by Gourmet Awards. His most recent opening is of the restaurant Tintorera in Los Angeles, CA.
